Detailed Itinerary- Arunachal Pradesh From Guwahati Tour 8 Nights 9 Days

​​​Day 1 : Arrive at the Guwahati Airport / Station and head out for a scenic drive to Bhalukpong. Enroute Tezpur for some local sightseeing including the city’s ancient structures and temples like Agnigarh, Mahabhairab Temple, NagSankar Temple (some rare species of turtles). Overnight at Bhalukpong.


Day 2 : Morning after breakfast finished the permit process in Bhalukpong and transfer to Dirang en route Nameri Park. Late Afternoon reached Dirang and check in Hotel. Evening leisure for market roaming. Overnight stay at Dirang.


Day 3 : After breakfast drive towards Tawang. Enchant your senses with the views of the mighty Himalayas and while driving through the snow-capped Sela Pass, one of the highest motorable passes in the world is a mesmerising experience. Upon crossing Sela Pass you will see the monasteries, prayer wheels and Tibetan style little hamlets. In the evening check in at hotel at Tawang and rest. Overnight at Tawang.


Day 4 : Morning after breakfast do local sightseeing of Tawang includes PTso Lake popularly known as Madhuri lake, Tawang Monastery and other places. Evening relax and roam in local market. Overnight stay at Tawang.


Day 5 : Morning after breakfast proceed for Bumla Pass which is situated near the China border. You need a separate pass for this and charges will extra. Also here local vehicle will take you as your hired vehicle is not allowed to go. Late afternoon or evening back from Bumla pass and overnight stay at Tawang.


Day 6 : In the morning after breakfast, head for Bomdila. Bomdila is an excellent place for exploring the nature’s beauty. The sight of the snow-capped mountains, especially the Kangto and Gorichen peaks make a dominating impression on the minds of visitors. Afternoon check in at the hotel and evening roam in city. Overnight at Bomdila.


Day 7 : In the morning after breakfast, start out on a long drive to Guwahati. In middle halts at Bhalukpong and Tezpur for tea and lunch breaks. Evening reached Guwahati and checked in Hotel. Relax and overnight stay at Guwahati.


Day 8 : Morning late wake up and take breakfast. After that start for full day local sightseeing of Guwahati. Evening visit local market. (If traveler wants can take Sunset Cruise or Dinner Cruise). Overnight stay at Guwahati.


Day 9 : Early Morning around 5AM Kamakhaya Temple Darshan and Puja. Later transfer to Airport or Station for return journey. With that you end your Arunachal Pradesh Tour from Guwahati.
